The mission of The Rosewood Foundation is to improve the quality of life for people in the Dallas area through grants supporting the arts, education, environmental conservation, healthcare, and families living in poverty. We seek to make contributions that will produce a meaningful, measurable, and positive impact to the quality of life for present and future generations.
HHM Health proudly presented the Healthcare Innovator Award to The Rosewood Foundation at their Healing Hands Luncheon on March 31, 2022 at the Dallas Arboretum.
The Rosewood Foundation is proud to announce it will match the first $25,000 of donations made to support Goodwill Industries of Dallas leading up to North Texas Giving Day. All donations will help fund Goodwill’s job training and placement programs–services desperately needed to help North Texans move forward in the aftermath of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Rosewood Ranches and the Caroline Rose Hunt Family are proud to partner with the Dallas Mavericks and local restaurants to feed the medical workers on the front lines of the COVID-19 fight in Dallas.
To help protect Dallas first responders on the front lines of the COVID-19 fight, the Rosewood Corporation and the Caroline Rose Hunt family are donating 6,000 “Multi-Shield” face protectors to Dallas Fire and Rescue (DFR) and 50,000 packets of single-use hand sanitizer to the Dallas Police Department (DPD).
The Rosewood Foundation and Healing Hands Ministries are proud to announce the grand opening of the New Rosewood Foundation Vision Center at Healing Hand Ministries.
Rosewood Ranches and the Fort Worth Food + Wine Festival partnered with several well-known Fort Worth restaurants to feed more than 2,000 local first responders and healthcare workers.

Amount requested and how the grant funds would be used
Most recently filed IRS Form 990, latest audited financial statements and the organization’s current operating budget and year-to date financial statements
Grant amounts usually fall in the $2,500 to $10,000 range
Selection Criteria – Written applications and site visits, when possible, serve as the basis for evaluating grant requests. Priority is given to established organizations that are well-managed, financially viable, and operate effective and efficient programs.
Types of Support – The Rosewood Foundation awards grants principally for program support. Under special circumstances, The Rosewood Foundation will consider capital projects that serve The Rosewood Foundation’s guidelines.
Limitations – The Rosewood Foundation does not award grants; to individuals; to organizations without 501(c)(3) designations; to create endowments; for fundraising dinners or events for which a benefit would be received by The Rosewood Foundation; to churches, synagogues or other places of worship for operating support, religious purposes or capital improvements; to schools; for an individual scholarship; to organizations whose agenda is largely political.
